MyOutdoorCanopyTent ships via UPS and USPS. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped via standard UPS ground service.
MyOutdoorCanopyTent will add shipping charges to the customers invoice for all orders. Shipping charges are calculated by the shipping weight, size of the box and the insurance is calculated by what the product is worth.
MyOutdoorCanopyTent customers must obtain a return merchandise authorization number before attempting to return any merchandise to MyOutdoorCanopyTent. Certain manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to contact us first. MyOutdoorCanopyTent will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RMA#. To obtain a RMA#, email us at info@myoutdoorcanopytent.com. A customer service representative will give you an RMA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.
MyOutdoorCanopyTent is not obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 15 days after shipment of such products to the customer, excluding
returns of defective product. RMA#s have a validity period of 10 days from the date of issue.
MyOutdoorCanopyTent will allow orders to be cancelled only if they have not been shipped or processed. All others will have to follow the return policy above. Please note most orders ship the same day. If you refuse a package, an undeliverable package return charge will be billed to you.
If your product is damaged in transit, you must contact the package carrier and file a claim using the package tracking number. If your product appears to be lost in transit email us at info@myoutdoorcanopy.com and we will file a claim. These claims can take up to 30 days.
Any material returned to MyOutdoorCanopyTent(other than defective or mis-shipped) will be subject to a 15% restock fee. The product must be received by us in the original condition and within 15 days of the shipping date with a valid RMA# or it cannot be accepted for return. Original condition means returned in the original packaging, unused, with the original invoice and a return reason indicated.

MyOutdoorCanopyTent reserves the right to change the terms and conditions which are offered while using our site. This includes, but is not limited to, any charges associated with using our site. You are responsible for periodically reviewing such terms and conditions and use of our site constitutes acceptance of such terms and conditions
