Return Policy
You must obtain a return merchandise authorization number before attempting to return any merchandise to MyOutdoorCanopyTent. We will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RMA#. To obtain a RMA#, email us at info@myoutdoorcanopytent.com. A customer service representative will give you an RMA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the original shipping package, as well as on your enclosed invoice with a return reason given. MyOutdoorCanopyTent is not obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 15 days after shipment of such product to the customer, excluding returns of defective product. RMA#s have a validity period of 10 days from the date of issue. Returned material (other than defective or mis-shipped) will be subject to a 15% restock fee. Backorder Policy
Backorders tend to run about 18% at MyOutdoorCanopyTent.com. About 75% of those backorders are due to manufacturer supply constraints.
Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. However, there will be times when a back order happens and your customer will not want to wait. We encourage you to step in and fulfill the order. Customer satisfaction is the primary goal at MyOutdoorCanopyTent.com. If the order is partially back ordered, MyOutdoorCanopyTent.com will make a judgment to determine if the order can be shipped in two segments. The initial shipping will be paid by the consumer and the back ordered items will be paid by MyOutdoorCanopyTent.com.
Shipping Policies
MyOutdoorCanopyTent.com ships packages via UPS or USPS. Our standard default is UPS Ground Service. We do not ship internationally and are currently limited to the USA only. Only orders that have not yet been shipped or are not in process can be canceled, but be aware most orders ship the same day. If the order has been shipped, the consumer will need to follow the normal returns process, if the package is refused then a return freight charge will be added. A returned freight charge is when a customer refuses a package or UPS returns the package, UPS is charging an Undeliverable Package Return Charge. This amount will be billed to you. All products must be in new, unopened condition if it is being returned to MyOutdoorCanopyTent.com. If your product is lost in transit a claim will be filed for the lost package. You should contact MyOutdoorCanopyTent.com, and we will file a claim with the package carrier. These claims can take upwards of 30 days. If the consumer would like a second shipment to be made, they will be charged for the replacement order and be credited for the lost order upon resolution of the lost package.
Damaged Goods Policy
If your product is damaged in transit you should contact the package carrier, either UPS or USPS and file a claim using the package tracking number. MyOutdoorCanopyTent.com will not accept merchandise damaged in transit. All claims must be filed with the carrier. If the product is defective, then see manufacturer warranty list for return instructions.
