My package was damaged in transit. What do I do?

Contact the package carrier and file a claim using the package tracking number.

I received a defective item. What do I do?

See the manufacturer warranty for return instructions.

My order appears to be lost in transit. What do I do?

Email us at info@myoutdoorcanopytent.com and we will file a claim for the lost package. These claims can take up to 30 days.

I have not received my product and wish to cancel. What do I do?

An order not yet shipped or processed may be cancelled. All others must follow our normal return policy and obtain an RMA# to be returned within our terms (see terms and conditions). Please note most orders ship the same day.

What is a return freight charge?

If you refuse a package, an undeliverable package return charge will be billed to you.

How will my product be shipped?

Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped via standard UPS ground service.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges are calculated by the shipping weight, size of the box and the insurance is calculated by what the product is worth.

How do I return an item?

You must obtain a return merchandise authorization number before attempting to return any merchandise to MyOutdoorCanopyTent. We will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RMA#. To obtain a RMA#, email us at info@myoutdoorcanopytent.com.  A customer service representative will give you an RMA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the original shipping package, as well as on your enclosed invoice with a return reason given. MyOutdoorCanopyTent is not obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 15 days after shipment of such product to the customer, excluding returns of defective product. RMA#s have a validity period of 10 days from the date of issue. Returned material (other than defective or mis-shipped) will be subject to a 15% restock fee. Does MyOutdoorCanopyTent offer international shipping?

We do not ship international orders. There are no exceptions.
